Are there delivery charges?
We do not build shipping into the cost of the appliance.
You will find that Creative Appliances offers high-quality, meticulously fabricated orthodontic appliances at competitive prices and our delivery charges reasonable as well.

What's the turn-around time?
A minimum 5 working days in-lab are required. Working days do not include weekends or major holidays. For example, if your case is received in a Tuesday delivery, it will enter the rotation on Wednesday and be finished on the following Tuesday. If the weekend includes a Monday holiday, it would finish in the rotation on the following Wednesday, and so forth.
Does Creative make bleaching trays?
Does Creative do study models?
We do not fabricate diagnostic study models but recommend Archer Study Models who specializes in providing this service.
Does Creative make dentures?
No. Creative is a laboratory limited to orthodontic appliances only.
What about lab slips?
How will I be billed?
An invoice will be delivered with each case. Payment is due upon receipt of a monthly statement that will itemize the previous 30 days' invoices. Payment to be made by check. We do not offer revolving credit.
